Job Description: Reporting directly to the AR Supervisor and indirectly to the Controller, it will be the responsibility of the Receptionist/AR Assistant to provide customer-focused, reliable and confidential support.

Major duties and responsibilities include:

Greeting visitors; both in person and via switchboard
Day-to-day maintenance and support of telephone system
Arrange for upkeep of the front entrance way and reception area
Light office cleanup as required
Courier, fax and mail administration
Assist with daily processing of paperwork
Assist with maintenance of the AR including customer contact as required.
Administrative/accounts receivable duties as requested

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills: must be able to deal with all levels in the organizational structure and the public
Strong organization skills; detail oriented
Strong computer skills: experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Oracle applications; an asset
Previous administrative experience an asset
Ability to work independently; self starter
